• Online zoom and In clinic consults for Nutritional Therapy  (Initial consultation of 90 minutes ( a detailed health history must be taken first ) and follow ups between 30-60 minutes.  
• In clinic Cranio-Sacral Therapy / North London (distance Cranio-sacral sessions only offered under exceptional circumstances).  

* See pricing for details on costs.  Zoe generally recommends a minumum of 3 sessions as the goal is to get results and instill longer term optimum health rather than "quick short term fixes" but a brief chat with her can work out the best plan for you and your circumstances.
